SHIPPING

We take pride in our products and package them with the utmost care so that your order arrives in great condition. If for any reason your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at info@alpeaks.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace it for you.

How long does it take to get my item?

All of our models are made to order and are typically out the door within 1-2 days of purchase.  Please allow 2-5 additional days of transit time for orders shipping within the continental US.  For orders outside the US, shipping usually takes between 7-14 days, plus any additional time spent in customs inspection.

How do I track my item?

You should have gotten a confirmation email containing your tacking info when you placed your order.  If you didn't, just you shoot us a message and we'll provide your tracking info.  

What countries do you ship to?

Alpeaks currently offers standard shipping to the United States, Canada, and all European countries.  If you'd like to ship an item to a different country, please contact us.

Shipping within the USA:

We ship FOR FREE with USPS Priority for all items within the USA. 

Shipping to Canada:

We ship USPS First Class / Canada Post to Canada.  Customs and other import duties/fees may be charged to Canadian orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the duties and taxes are not paid, the package will be considered abandoned by the shipper.  We will NOT issue refunds for any package not returned to Alpeaks.

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 to Canada. 
  • For orders $99 and under there is a flat rate of $15 to Canada.
  • We ship USPS First Class which takes approximately 7-14 days depending on customs delays and which part of the country it's shipped to.

Shipping to Europe:

We ship USPS First Class to Europe.  Customs and other import duties/fees may be charged to European orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient.  If the duties and taxes are not paid, the package will be considered abandoned by the shipper.  We will NOT issue refunds for any package not returned to Alpeaks.

Other International Shipping:

Please contact us if you'd like to ship a package outside of out the United States, Canada, or Europe.

Tracking shows that my item has been delivered but I haven't received my package:

That's the worst, but it happens occasionally.  Sometimes the carrier tags an order delivered before it physically makes it to your doorstep. 

Please check to make sure the postal carrier didn't hide your package on your property or deliver it to a neighbor. After you've done that, the best thing you can do is wait another 3 days to see if your package shows up.  If you've waited 3 days, and it still hasn't arrived, please contact us immediately.

Lost / Missing Shipments:

If you think your item has been lost during shipping, let us know.  Most orders within the United States should arrive within 1-3 days after shipment.  If yours doesn't, please give it up to 14 days to arrive.  If you still don't see your order, contact us and we'll try to find it for you.  All of our shipments are insured, but note that we are required to wait 20 days after initial shipment to file an insurance claim.

RETURNS

We stand by everything we make and will accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order.  There are zero restocking fees, but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.  Returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging. 

How do I make a return?

Please email us at info@alpeaks.com with the order number to receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and do not guarantee a refund.

Can I exchange my item for a different one?

Yes!  Just return the old one, and we'll send you an invoice or refund if there's any difference in price.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We issue refunds as soon as we get returned items back.  Once your refund has been issued, it may take your credit card company up to 5-7 days to reflect the transaction on your account statement.  We'll also send you an email once we've issued your refund.
